PE-Pledge Peoples Projects was born from a deeply personal conviction, that ordinary people, when moved by purpose, can create extraordinary change.
What began as a shared vision between three committed individuals has grown into a registered Non-Profit Company with one clear mission: to walk alongside the most vulnerable in our communities and restore dignity, one act of sharing at a time.

Yvette
Founder & Director
Yvette is the Founder and Director of PE-Pledge Peoples Projects NPC. A social impact executive with extensive experience in business development, sales, service consulting and people management across logistics, freight forwarding and higher education. After leaving the corporate sector to pursue community-focused work, Yvette draws on her Cape Town roots and firsthand exposure to the impacts of poverty, unemployment and addiction to design practical, dignified solutions. She leads with collaboration, gratitude and humility and believes in continuous learning to better serve people and communities.
Ferdie
Co-Founder & Director
Ferdie is an experienced entrepreneur and business leader with a strong track record of building sustainable ventures. He brings strategic insight and practical business acumen to help the organisation grow responsibly and maximise its impact.
Raylin
Co-Founder & Director
Raylin is Co-Founder and Director of PE-Pledge Peoples Projects. An IT Specialist at Engen with a background in Chemical Engineering, Raylin was raised in a small, predominantly fishing town where unemployment was rampant. Through education, discipline and perseverance he built a successful career and now channels that same determination into empowering young people and helping others realise their potential and fulfil their aspirations.
